The research
Everything published on this site is research, not advice. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, and not a recommendation to buy or not buy anything from anyone. Regulatory material in particular moves faster than any publication cycle, and every entry names its instrument so you can check it on the day you rely on it.
Accuracy
We source every claim to public record and we publish our method. We still get things wrong, and when we do it appears in the public corrections log with a date. We make no warranty that a figure is current at the moment you read it.
Naming organisations
Where we name an organisation in a failure case, we report what is in the public record, we say when a matter is at the allegation stage, and we include the organisation's own published response. If you believe we have got something wrong about your organisation, write to corrections@gaiforum.com and we will look at it properly.
Use of our work
Governed by the citation policy. Quote us, chart us, build on us. Do not present our work as an endorsement of a vendor, and do not strip attribution from a figure.
Changes
These terms are versioned and dated. Material changes are noted on this page rather than made quietly.
