Win enterprise deals with third-party verified proof.
You wrote your case studies, so buyers discount them. We take your customer claims to the organizations named in them, ask four questions, and publish the answers on a dated public record. One link. Not written by you. It reads the same whether you are in the room or not.
Your competitors are in here too. Most of them have proved nothing.
1,480 vendors indexed, none of whom opted in. Being listed proves nothing. What sits on the record does.
GAIF‑VS v2.1 · in force since 1 April 2026
Your record is already live and it costs nothing. It stays live whether you ever speak to us or not.
Verification is charged by the claim. The fee buys the check. It has never bought the answer.
Everything publishes, including what fails. That is precisely why the wins are worth something.
You are already in the Index. Today it proves nothing.
We index whole categories, not paying members. Every customer claim on your website is already captured, dated and published at Level 1, which is the polite way of saying untested.
You said it. That is all.
Your customer statements, held word for word, marked Claimed. The record confirms you published it. It confirms nothing about whether anyone is running it.
And it is a third party saying so
Procurement reads an all-Level-1 record exactly as they read a logo wall. The difference is that this time the scepticism is coming from an independent register instead of from their own instincts.
Then the customer answers for you
Claims move to Level 2 and Level 3 carrying the organization's own answer, the deployment stage they named, and the date. External, dated, and impossible to dismiss as marketing.
Deals do not die on product. They die at the proof stage.
We ran enterprise go-to-market for AI companies, agentic AI companies and large B2B technology firms, and took more than fifty startups into their first enterprise deals. We built the Index because we kept losing the same quarter to the same missing document.
You win on product, then stall on proof
Evaluation goes well. Then the committee asks for evidence that this has worked somewhere comparable, and every artefact available to answer with was produced by the selling party.
Three customers are carrying your whole pipeline
The same references take every call until they stop answering. The deals that most need a reference are the ones furthest back in the queue for one.
In AI, you are discounted before you speak
Enterprise buyers have been through a full cycle of pilots that did not scale. They now read a case study as a pilot until shown otherwise, and they apply that reading to every vendor in the category including those it does not fit.
And the bill lands on the forecast
An additional committee cycle. A proof of concept that proves what was already known. A quarter of slippage. None of it appears in a marketing report, and all of it appears in the forecast.
Every market that clears efficiently has a credibility layer its participants do not own. Enterprise software is the conspicuous exception, and it has been paying for the omission one sales cycle at a time.
Global AI Forum · on the purpose of the register
Fewer reference calls. Shorter cycles. No pilot discount.
This will not make a weak product strong or win a deal you deserve to lose. It takes one recurring, expensive delay out of every deal you should be winning.
- The committee requests comparable evidence and your team assembles it by hand
- Three reference customers absorb every call in the pipeline
- Procurement reads each case study as a pilot until shown otherwise
- Security, legal and the business case run in sequence, each waiting on proof
- Analysts, partners and investors ask what the buyer already asked
- One link, read by the committee without you present
- Reference calls reserved for the deals that genuinely require them
- Deployment stage stated by the customer, so the pilot discount does not apply
- External evidence attached to the business case from its first draft
- Analysts, partners and investors reading the same record the buyer reads
The asymmetry is the whole of it. In a category where one vendor's deployments are confirmed by the organizations running them and the rest remain claimed, the buyer is no longer required to decide who to believe. They are able to read.
Four questions your champion cannot coach
We write to the function named in the claim, not to the sponsor who signed your contract. Same four questions for every vendor in every category, closed answers only, and no way to be generous by accident.
To the function named in the claim under examination. Your identity will not be disclosed to the vendor, to any commissioning party, or in the published record.
- Is this vendor engaged with your organization? Yes, currently / Yes, previously / No / Prefer not to answer
- How far has the deployment gone? Yet to start / Partial deployment / Full deployment
- Is the vendor's published description of the work accurate? Accurate / Overstated in one respect / Materially overstated
- May the outcome be published? Yes, anonymised / No
Responses are recorded against the claim reference and dated. No free text is published. No individual is identified. The Forum retains the correspondence and does not release it to any party.
Why this beats a reference call
A reference call is a conversation with someone who wants you to do well. This is four closed questions, put by a third party to the person accountable for the work, answered under anonymity, and published whichever way it falls.
- Identical for every vendor, so the answer is comparable across a category
- Closed options, so the record cannot be softened in the writing
- Anonymity, which is the reason organizations answer at all
- Sent to the function, not to the sponsor who bought the software
Technology B2B vendors, and nothing else
Five categories. The Forum does not index consumer products, services businesses outside technology, agencies or marketplaces, and will decline work rather than widen the scope. A register that stretches to fit whoever is paying stops meaning anything.

Five stages. About two hours of it is yours.
You pick the claims and open your contracts to us under NDA. We do the rest, and you do not touch it again until it publishes.
Record review
We show you what is already captured from your site. You confirm the claims are yours and identify anything missing or since withdrawn.
Vendor · one hourUnits nominated
You decide which claims go through the method and in what order. Most vendors begin with the accounts their sales team already cites.
Vendor · one conversationCommercial examination
Contract, invoices and account status reviewed at your offices or in your data room under non-disclosure. Nothing commercial is ever published.
Forum · one to two weeksEnquiry issued
Form VS-3 to the function named in the claim. They answer the Forum directly and their identity does not leave it.
Forum · two to four weeksDetermination published
Entered on the public record with its full log, dated, and carried current for twelve months. The mark begins reading from it.
Forum · same weekPriced by the claim, not by the contract
Start with three claims or three hundred. No platform fee, no seats, no annual minimum and nothing to negotiate. One unit is one customer claim taken through the whole method and kept current for twelve months.
- Capture and provenance of the claim
- Commercial record examined under non-disclosure
- Form VS-3 issued to the organization
- Determination published with its full log
- Twelve months of currency, and the mark
The unit rate falls by band and again on annual renewal. Rates are quoted on request and are identical for every vendor in a band. There is no negotiation, no bundling and no discount outside the published bands.
You are paying for the check. You have never been able to pay for the answer.
The charge is the same for a claim that reaches Level 3 and a claim the organization declines to confirm. Both publish. Were that not so, nothing on the record would carry any weight with the buyer you are trying to persuade.
What happens when a claim does not holdA badge your competitor cannot buy
It is earned on your first determination and reads live from the register after that. It shows how many of your deployments are confirmed right now by the organizations running them, and it moves on its own when something lapses. Nobody can buy the number, and nobody can freeze it at their best quarter.
- The mark may be displayed wherever the vendor wishes, and must link to the record it reads from.
- It may not be altered, recolored, reproduced as a static image, or displayed with a figure other than the one the register returns.
- It lapses automatically when no determination remains current, and resumes on renewal without application.
- It is withdrawn permanently where a vendor is found to have misrepresented the register, and that withdrawal is published.

Six things no cheque will buy here
Every one of these costs us money. Together they are the only reason a buyer believes the record when you send it.
A level cannot be purchased
A level is attained at a layer of evidence. Commissioning further units buys further claims examined. It does not alter the finding on claims already examined.
No determination is removed
Claims that did not hold remain published beside those that did. Corrections are added and dated through the Ombuds and never delete what they correct, including at the request of the commissioning party.
The respondent is never identified
The vendor receives the determination and the log. The vendor does not receive the identity of the respondent, their wording, or anything from which either could be inferred.
There is no sight before publication
No preview, no approval step, and no withdrawal once an enquiry has been issued. That door closes before the work begins rather than after the finding is known.
Commissioning is disclosed
Every entry names who commissioned it: the vendor, an enterprise, an investor, or the Forum itself. The reader is told where to apply their own discount.
The method is versioned, not improvised
Determinations are made under the standard in force on the day they are made, and the standard in force is stated on every entry. It is not adjusted for a vendor, a category or a quarter.
If we get it wrong, you can make us fix it
We publish findings about other people's businesses, so we are answerable for them. Here is how you challenge us, and here is the public record of every time we have been wrong.
The Ombuds
Any vendor may challenge a determination. The Ombuds sits outside the research function and can order a re-examination at the Forum's cost.
How a challenge is heardCorrections log
Every correction the Forum has made, dated, with the entry it corrects left standing beside it. Published in full and never pruned.
Read the logStandard history
v2.1 in force since April 2026, superseding v2.0 of November 2025 and v1.0 of March 2025. What changed at each revision, and why, is published.
GAIF-VS version historySee your record before you decide anything
Tell us who you are and we will send you what is on your record today, how it reads to a buyer, and which of your claims would verify most easily. No commitment, no deck, and no call unless you want one.
The awkward questions, answered
One customer claim taken through the whole method: captured with its provenance, the commercial record behind it examined under non-disclosure, Form VS-3 issued to the organization named in it, and the determination published with its full log and carried current for twelve months. One claim, one unit, at whatever level it attains.
A unit rate, falling across four bands: Starter at three to nine units, Standard at ten to twenty-four, Category at twenty-five to ninety-nine, and Register above a hundred. Renewal of an existing unit in a following year is charged below the rate for a new one. Rates are quoted on request and are identical for every vendor in a band. There is no negotiation, no bundling, and no discount outside the published bands, because a register whose price moves with the buyer's leverage is a negotiation rather than a standard.
It publishes as not verified, on the same record, in the same format, and the unit is charged in full. There is no refund and no withdrawal. This is the most common reason a vendor hesitates and it is the only reason the record carries weight in a deal. A register where the failures quietly disappear is a brochure with a seal on it.
Entirely. You nominate which claims become units and in what order, and most vendors begin with the accounts their sales team already cites. What cannot be done is stop a unit once the enquiry has been issued. Choosing what is tested is yours. Choosing the answer was never available.
You receive the determination, the deployment stage and the dated log of every step. You do not receive the identity of the respondent, their free text, or anything from which either could be worked out. Organizations answer the Forum honestly for exactly one reason, and that reason is that the answer does not reach their vendor.
After three attempts across six weeks the entry publishes as no response, marked clearly as a failure of contact rather than a failure of the claim. The unit is charged. Where you can route us to the correct function we will issue again at no further charge, because a wrong contact is a cost the Forum would rather absorb than publish.
Four to seven weeks from commercial examination to publication for a first batch, and faster once your records are familiar. The enquiry stage is the variable: it depends on how quickly an organization routes the letter to the function that can answer it.
Nothing. Capture is free and permanent, and your record remains public whether or not you ever speak to the Forum. The register is built by category rather than by subscription, because a register containing only paying members tells a buyer nothing at all.
Yes, and you will see theirs. Every record opens for anyone holding the link, and the whole category sits in the register for subscribing organizations. The comparison is the product. It cuts in your favour at precisely the moment you have done the work and they have not.
The level remains on the record permanently. The currency lapses, the entry reads unconfirmed, and the mark drops to reflect only what is still current. Renewal re-issues the enquiry at the renewal rate. A lapse is not a mark against a vendor, but a buyer comparing two records will notice which was kept current.
Yes, through the Ombuds, which sits outside the research function and can order a re-examination at the Forum's own cost. What the Ombuds cannot do is delete an entry. A correction is added, dated, and published beside what it corrects, and the Forum's full corrections log is public.
Not today. The register covers AI and Data, Cloud and Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security, Risk and Governance, and Business Transformation. Outside those the Forum will decline rather than widen the scope to fit the work in front of it.
Stop asking buyers to take your word for it
Start with the three accounts your sales team names in every pitch. Let the organizations behind them say it, and put the link in the deal.
