We collect very little, we tell you what it is for, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Nothing, to read. Every research item on this site is readable without an account and without identifying yourself.
- An email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter or download something.
- Enquiry details, if you contact us about a workshop, a partnership or a briefing.
- Aggregate analytics, to understand which research is read. No advertising trackers, no third party profiling.
What we do with it
We send you the research you asked for, and we reply to enquiries you sent. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone, including partners and collaborators.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, at privacy@gaiforum.com. We act within thirty days. Every newsletter carries a one click unsubscribe that works immediately.
Retention
Subscriber records are held until you unsubscribe, plus twelve months. Enquiry records are held for twenty-four months. Aggregate analytics are held for twenty-six months and are not linked to an individual.
Where data sits
On infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. Where a partner or institution requires a specific jurisdiction, tell us before you subscribe.
