Get a straight answer before you commit the budget.

A standing line to the people who maintain the Index. Bring the vendor in front of you, the category you are about to enter, or the program that has stopped moving, and get an answer built on what is actually deployed rather than on who briefed us last.

No vendor sponsorship
Expert guidance

We answer from the register, not from a briefing

Every view we give you is traceable to a dated record of what an enterprise confirmed, and we will tell you when the evidence does not exist.

Index edition 2026.4  ·  4,117 claims examined

1,480
vendors in the register behind every answer
31
categories across nine industries
48
hours to a written response
0
vendors who can sponsor, brief or influence a view
How this differs, up front
i.

No vendor pays for coverage, placement or a point of view. Vendors pay only to have their own claims checked, and that is printed on the record.

ii.

Answers are traceable. Ask where a view comes from and you will be shown the records, the dates and the sample it rests on.

iii.

Where the evidence does not exist we say so, rather than filling the gap with a framework.

What you can ask

Six conversations enterprises bring us most

Sessions are confidential, scoped to your situation, and conducted with someone who has both read the register and sat on the selling side of a deal like yours.

Shortlist review

Three vendors in front of your committee. What each has actually proved, where their claims thin out, which of them has a deployment at your scale, and the questions to put to each in the next meeting.

Most common before a final round

Category landscape

Before a shortlist exists. Who is in the category, how deep the confirmed deployments go, which use cases have working implementations anywhere, and which are still entirely narrative.

Before a budget is written

Build, buy or wait

Whether the capability you need exists as a product yet, what the people who built it internally wish they had known, and what waiting two quarters actually costs you in this specific category.

The question behind most others

Proposal and commercial review

Send us the proposal. We will tell you which claims in it are on the record, which are not, what the pricing structure is doing to you in year two, and where the leverage sits before you sign.

Written response, inside 48 hours

Deployment sequencing

You have bought it. What order to deploy in, which function to start with, what the people who reached full deployment did differently, and the handover step that most programs get wrong.

First ninety days

A program that has stalled

Usage is flat, the pilot never scaled, or the renewal is coming and nobody can say what it bought. We go through it with you and tell you whether this is a vendor problem, a design problem, or an organizational one.

Before the renewal conversation
Formats

Four ways to use the line

Access is bought as a block of sessions across a year. How you spend them is yours, and unused sessions roll once.

Format one

Inquiry call

45 minutes  ·  booked inside three working days

One question, one analyst, one call. You send the context beforehand so the time is spent on the answer rather than on the briefing.

Counts as one session
Format two

Written response

Inside 48 hours  ·  circulable internally

You send the proposal, the shortlist or the question. You receive a written answer with the records it draws on, which you can attach to a committee paper as it stands.

Counts as one session
Format three

Working session

Half day  ·  your team, in the room or remote

A decision worked through with the people who have to own it. Shortlists, sequencing, or a program that needs restarting rather than defending.

Counts as three sessions
Format four

Standing advisory

Named contact  ·  annual

For organizations making several decisions a year. A named person who holds your context, quarterly reviews of what changed in your categories, and the line open in between.

Annual engagement
The difference

Where this parts company with a traditional analyst firm

We are not trying to be smaller than the research houses. We are built on a different input, and it produces a different kind of answer.

The usual modelGlobal AI Forum
What the view rests on Vendor briefings, surveys and analyst judgement A register of customer claims checked with the organizations named in them
Vendor money Vendors buy reprints, advisory days, events and inclusion in programs Vendors pay to have their own claims checked, and nothing else. It is printed on every record
Rankings Grids, quadrants and waves that order vendors against each other None. We publish what was established, at what stage, on a date. We never rank
Who answers you A career analyst covering the category People who have run enterprise go-to-market and know exactly how the pitch in front of you was built
When evidence is thin A framework fills the gap We tell you the evidence does not exist yet, and what it would take to get it
Scope All technology, all functions, all markets Enterprise AI adoption. One subject, and nothing else

Narrow on purpose. We will not advise you on your ERP migration or your network refresh, and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers to do both in the same hour. We cover enterprise AI adoption, in depth, with the evidence attached.

Who answers

Operators who have sat on both sides of the table

The people who take these sessions have built and run enterprise go-to-market for AI companies, agentic AI companies and large B2B technology firms, and have taken more than fifty startups into their first enterprise deals. They have also spent two years assembling the register that sits behind every answer.

That combination is the point. When a vendor tells you something in a room, we can usually tell you how that sentence was constructed, what it is designed to prevent you from asking, and whether the record supports it.

Questions we are actually asked

Taken from sessions this quarter, with the identifying detail removed

Insurance

Three vendors claim claims-intake automation at our scale. Which of them has an enterprise that confirmed full deployment, and at what premium band?

Banking

Our board wants agentic customer operations this year. Is anyone actually running that in a regulated environment, or are we buying a roadmap?

Healthcare

The vendor says nine health systems. How many of those nine answered when you asked, and what did they say?

Manufacturing

We are eighteen months into a deployment that never left one plant. Is that normal for this category or is it us?

Retail

Procurement wants a three-year commitment for a better rate. What does the record say about vendors in this category still being current at year three?

Public sector

Which of these claims would survive a committee that is actively looking for a reason to say no?

Access

Bought as sessions, not as seats

Guidance is sold as a block of sessions across twelve months, with register access included. There is no per-seat license, no platform fee, and nothing that charges you more for having a larger team read the answer.

Included with every block
  • Full register access for your organization
  • Written responses circulable internally
  • The records behind every answer we give
  • Unlimited readers, no per-seat charge
  • Unused sessions roll once

A call or a written response is one session. A half-day working session is three. Rates are quoted on request and are identical for every organization in a block.

What you are not buying

We will not introduce you to a vendor, and no vendor can reach you through us.

We take no referral fee, run no marketplace and accept no sponsorship of guidance. If a vendor has paid us anything, it was to have their own claims examined, and you will see that stated on their record before we say a word about them.

How independence is maintained
Alongside guidance

When the decision needs the whole room, not one call

Some questions are too big for a session and belong in front of the people who have to carry them. We run closed-door briefings for boards on what is deployed in their sector, working sessions on your own adoption decisions, and convened gatherings built around a single question the market has not answered.

Start

Bring us the decision you are stuck on

Tell us what is in front of you and we will tell you whether the register can answer it, what it would take if it cannot, and which format fits. If the honest answer is that you do not need us for this one, we will say that instead.

First session inside three working days Confidential, and never shared with a vendor

Guidance is for enterprise buyers and investors. We do not take guidance engagements from vendors on their own category.

Questions

Before you book

Vendors can buy exactly one thing from us: examination of their own published customer claims, at a published unit rate, with the outcome published whichever way it falls. They cannot buy coverage, placement, a rating, an introduction or a session about their own category. Every record states who commissioned it, so you can apply your own discount rather than trusting ours.

We will tell you what each of them has proved, where the evidence stops, which risks the record suggests for your scale and sector, and what we would ask them next. We will not hand you a ranking, because the Index does not produce one and because the decision depends on constraints only you can weigh.

Then we say so, and we open records on them. Capture is free and usually complete inside ten working days, which puts their published claims in front of you before your next committee. Where you need those claims taken further, a commissioned check runs on the same method as any other.

Entirely. What you ask, what you are evaluating and what you tell us about your own environment stays with the Forum. We do not disclose it to vendors, to other clients, or in our published research. Nothing you say in a session appears on a record.

A consultancy sells you a team and a timeline, and often an implementation afterwards. We sell access to a view and the evidence underneath it, by the session. We do not implement, we do not resell, and we have nothing downstream to protect, which is why we can tell you to stop.

Whoever has to defend the decision. In practice that is usually the person accountable for the function, the technology owner, and somebody from procurement. Sessions are more useful with three people who disagree than with twelve who do not.

Not on guidance about their own category. Vendors can commission verification of their claims and can be briefed on what the register shows about adoption generally. They cannot buy a session on how to win against a named competitor, and we decline that work when it is offered.

Blocks are priced by session count: Decision at four, Programme at twelve, Enterprise at twenty-four, and standing advisory annually. A call or written response is one session and a half-day working session is three. Register access is included in every block with no per-seat charge. Rates are quoted on request and are identical for every organization in a block.

The next vendor meeting is in your calendar already

Bring us the shortlist, the proposal or the program that has stopped moving, and walk into that meeting knowing what the record says.
