How a claim is examined, live

We take four real vendor claims, name them on the call, and run each one through all five evidence layers in front of you. Two of them will not survive it, which is the part worth watching.

About the session

How a claim is examined, live

What happens on the call

Four claims, taken from vendor websites the week of the session. We read the claim as the vendor words it, establish whether the named organization is a customer, then write to that organization and show you what comes back. Two of the four will stop before layer three, and we will say which and why.

Who it is for

People who have to defend a vendor decision to somebody else: CIO organizations, procurement, diligence teams and the analysts who brief them. It is not a product session and nothing is being sold on the call.
